Barrel-outside brushing machine: This is an original bottle washing process designed by our company. The five-gallon bucket is in contact with the brush and moves with each other to achieve the scrubbing effect. Can wash the bottle shoulder, bottle body, bottle bottom and other parts. Equipped with circulating water pump, double-layer filter, plexiglass cover, etc. Can be arranged online to implement streamlined operations.

The bucket with the cover removed is sprayed with water before entering the external brushing machine, and then enters the linear external brushing machine. It contains 6 vertical brushes, 6 round brushes and 1 horizontal high-speed brush at the bottom. The lower part is equipped with a water tank, which can be filled with alkali and heated to 60°C. After the bucket is brushed, it can be sprayed and washed.

External barrel brushing machine

1. There are micro switches at the entry and exit of the barrel to prevent the barrel from being squeezed in and out;

2. The washing liquid tank is equipped with a liquid level gauge and a float ball to automatically replenish the washing liquid and is equipped with a heating system;

3. The bottom brush adopts a steamed bun shape and a high-speed horizontal brush to ensure that the bottom is brushed clean;

4. The barrel mouth and barrel body are close to the main brush, and while rotating, it moves forward driven by the chain roller. The brushing time is long to ensure the cleaning effect.
