4. Working principle
During transportation, the barrel separation mechanism separates the barrels. The barrel clamping manipulator rotates to clamp the barrel body, flips it 180° and inserts it into the rotating barrel holder. The upper bottom of the barrel is lifted and lowered by the cylinder and rotates under the action of the motor. The barrel mouth and bottle holder rotate at the same time without friction. The all-round nozzle extends into the barrel, spraying without blind spots, flushing while the barrel rotates, and the flushing time is adjustable. After flushing, the nozzle drops down and leaves the barrel, and the robot picks it up and flips it to another conveyor. At the same time, another row of robots clamps another row of barrels and buckles it to the bottle holder.
